When does BigDaddy Makeup need to be paid?
- I request half or all of payment due at the trial run and the remaining balance paid before the wedding and/or special event. -Bridesmaids can pay individually and/or send payment to the bride, then make the required half and/or full payment through any options listed below.
Trial run for the bride? Is the trial run necessary?
-Yes, I strongly suggest to do so. This time is set so we can meet and get exactly what you want down, eyes, lips etc. (without the crunch time) this trial takes longer for any changes so we necessarily don’t have changes on the big day. We vibe, you just relax, have fun and be pampered.
Which payment methods does BigDaddy Makeup accept?
- I accept: CashApp, Venmo, Check and Cash. I prefer those options due to having a digital record of the transaction.
*** Cash is always best and the easiest payment method. Occasionally we will be at a site and/or venue that can be so remote, service is slim to none. Having cash will provide an easy process and can ensure all clients and me keep on schedule.
I want to come with a friend — does BigDaddy Makeup offer package deals?
- No package deals here: I will still be using the same amount of product and time for each person wanting makeup services. So taking money off for a package deal only hurts me and my business in the end.
What about Trials for bridesmaids? Mother of the Bride? Mother of the Groom?
- Yes, I do offer individual trial runs for anyone other than the bride. Some brides want the MOH and/or their mom with them on the day of the trial. It can become a fun girls day! We can discuss details further to plan and appropriate date and time.
What about makeup for the flower girl(s) and/or Junior Bridesmaids?
-Yes I can do makeup for the flower girl if pre-planned ahead of time (and approved by the parents and/guardian), I add eyeshadow, blush, highlighter and a little lipstick and/or lipgloss. I do more age appropriate makeup for the Junior bridesmaids (again, with the approval of the parent/guardian).
Does BigDaddy Makeup Travel?
-Yes, I do have a travel fee. That will be discussed at time of booking and or closer to the date of service when venue and/or setting is confirmed. Price starts at $100.
Do you pluck/wax and shave peach fuzz?
-No.
Please book your appointment accordingly with any brow, wax, dermaplaning, or hair appointments you may need. Makeup always looks the best on a fresh, clean canvas.
*** Please note wait at least 24 hours after any waxing or dermaplaning appointments to allow any redness to dissipate before any makeup is applied.
*** Please note any facials/spa appointments be done 2 week before any big event and/or the wedding day.
Booking Fee
- Why is there a booking fee:
The booking fee protects both you, the client and me the artist. The client is protected knowing their booking is secure, and the artist is protected knowing they have work that day. The booking fee is Non refundable, this is in place in the event that a client cancels their appointment, this booking fee will compensate the Artist for the time lost and the products/stock purchased beforehand for the event.
